Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule

Beginning at the highway between

Salmon River

and Turnip Cove and running along the stream from Jim Grandy's Pond to Dicks Beach;

Then following the coastline of

North Bay

by way of Turnip Cove and Pool's Cove to the mouth of a stream from Big Mesh Pond;

Then following the stream to Big Mesh Pond and then running northwardly to the place of beginning.
