B.C. Reg. 446/2004, deposited October 7, 2004, pursuant

to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 988/2004,

approved and ordered October 7, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it

being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black on the map

attached to this order, is specified as the Callaghan Valley Designated Area

under

section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending September 30, 2006.
