Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the definition of certain terms used in the Act in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from August 30, 2001.
