An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assem- blée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, décrète : 1 Paragraph 60(4)(

a) of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended by striking out “January 1, 2008” and substituting “January 1, 2009”. 1 L’alinéa 60(4)

a) de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N- 6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2000, est modifié par la suppres- sion de « 1 er janvier 2008 » et son remplacement par « 1er janvier 2009 ». Article Texte de la disposition actuelle : 60(4) The New Brunswick film tax credit is subject to the following conditions: 60(4) Le crédit d’impôt pour production cinématographique du Nouveau-Brunswick est assujetti aux conditions suivantes : (

a) the tax credit applies with respect to eligible salaries incurred before January 1, 2008;

a) le crédit d’impôt s’applique relativement aux traitements ad- missibles engagés avant le 1er janvier 2008;
