Order in Council 1399/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Coroners Act, Dr. Liza Boucher be appointed as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective from the later of November 4, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made and ending no later than October 31, 2025.
