Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 16, 2015, and pursuant to Section11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Province to convey Parcel M1 to Membertou Development Corporation, a body corporate, incorporated under the laws of the Dominion of Canada having its office located at Sydney, County of Cape Breton, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, Parcel M1 being more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on a plan of survey marked as

Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
