Order in Council 187/2005, approved and ordered March 10, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, of

the properties described in

Schedule A, the portions of those properties

that are identified by hatching on the maps attached as

Schedule B are

designated as surplus property as those portions do not relate to the provision

of revitalization rail services.
