Order in Council 885/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Desta Ann Buswa of Sioux Lookout be appointed a full-time justice of the peace in and for the Province of Ontario, and under subsection 4(1) of that Act be designated as a presiding justice of the peace, effective July 8, 2026.
