OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated January 30, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 24 of the Acts of 1998, the Public Archives Act, is pleased to, effective October 1, 2002: (

a) appoint Peter M. Crowell of Tusket, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Public Archives, being a representative from the Council of Nova Scotia Archives, for a term of office of three years; (

b) reappoint Marie DeYoung of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Public Archives, being a representative from the Association of Records Managers and Administrators, for a term of office of three years; and (

c) reappoint Dr. Allan E. Marble of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Public Archives, being a representative from the Genealogical Association of Nova Scotia, for a term of office of three years.
