On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sean Weir of Oakville be appointed as full-time Executive Chair of Tribunals Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of December 2, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made.
