Loi sur les foyers de soins Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Paragraph 14(1)(

d) of the Nursing Homes Act, chap- ter N-11 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1982, is amended by adding “pharmacist’s,” after “physician’s,”. 1 L’alinéa 14 (1)

Section of the Act is amended L’article de la Loi est modifié (

a) by adding after paragraph (

x) the following:

b) by repealing paragraph (ff) and substituting the following:

c) by adding after paragraph (ff) the following:

section and his or her spouse or common-law partner before assistance is provided or continued under
