OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 29, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (d), (

e) and (f), 6, 15, 16(1)(

b) and (g), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 5(1), 8(2) and 9(1) and (2), is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board's decision of financial assistance not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) to Unique Solutions Design Ltd. on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 29, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
