OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 7, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 34 of
Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into Community Tripartite Agreements with the Eskasoni First Nation, Pictou Landing First Nation, Millbrook First Nation, Chapel Island First Nation, Waycobah First Nation and the Shubenacadie First Nation and the federal government, in the form set out in Schedules "A" to "F", respectively, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
