On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas James Rhodes was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 993/2023 dated July 13, 2023;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , James Rhodes of Kitchener be appointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
