Order in Council 1072/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended,

Dr. Michael James Pickup

be appointed as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario effective from the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
