OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated December 18, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , effective as of January 12, 2021 revokes the appointment of David Luther of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a member of the South Shore Regional Library Board made by Order in Council 2018-86.
