Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

AN ACT TO AMEND THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

SNL2012 c30 Amdt.

1. Sections 13 and 22 of

An Act to Amend the Labour Relations Act are repealed .

AN ACT TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SERVICE COLLECTIVE

BARGAINING ACT NO. 2

SNL2012 c31 Amdt.

2. Sections 2 and 4 of

An Act to Amend the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act No. 2

are repealed.
