, I designate the area generally known as the Peddles Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of

St. Mary

s as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Placentia and St. Marys abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference (Zone 22) 305,000 metres east 5,197,000 metres north 251 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 250 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 230 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 348 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 38 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 81 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 170 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
