OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated June 11, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Rick Gant of Hants County as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of five years commencing June 26, 2025; and (

b) determine that Rick Gant be remunerated in the amount of $200 per half day, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
