Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to repeal the Nova Scotia Environmental Trust Regulations , N.S. Reg. 50/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-289 dated April 11, 1995, effective on and after January 19, 2021.
