OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 10, 2001, pursuant to

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-122 dated March 23, 2001, respecting the conveyance of extinguished public highway system at Livingstone Cove, Antigonish County, to Robert Hendsbee of Antigonish, Antigonish County, by striking out "Hensbee" in the first line of paragraph (

b) and substituting "Hendsbee".
