OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated April 29, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 14(2) of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2011, the Fair Drug Pricing Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into an agreement with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, respecting conditions and fees payable to providers for providing the flu vaccine service, effective on and after May 28, 2013.
