Order in Council 838/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 535/2019 dated April 11, 2019, James Malcolm Montgomery was appointed as a member of the City of Pembroke Police Services Board;

And

Whereas his name should have appeared as Malcolm James Montgomery.

Therefore O.C. 535/2019 is hereby amended to reflect the name of the appointee as follows: Malcolm James Montgomery.
