OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 7, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Construction Grant Program, is pleased to, effective July 10, 2012: (
a) approve the making of an additional grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the IWK Health Centre in the total amount not to exceed three million, thirty-seven thousand, five hundred dollars ($3,037,500.00) to cover the costs for the approved equipment replacement required by the IWK Health Centre; (
b) approve the making of an additional grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Capital District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed three million, three hundred eleven thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars ($3,311,250.00) to cover the costs for the approved equipment replacement required by the Capital District Health Authority; and (
c) order that the grants referred to in (
a) and (
b) are paid to the IWK Health Centre and the Capital District Health Authority on basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness".
