chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after

section 4.1 the following: 1 La

Loi sur le paiement des services médicaux, cha- pitre M-7 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 4.1 : 4.101(1) In this section, “Agreement” means the Fee for Service Master Agreement made on July 20, 2006, be- tween the New Brunswick Medical Society and Her Maj- esty the Queen in right of the Province of New Brunswick as represented by the Minister of Health and includes the agreements that were made on March 16, 2007, and June 21, 2007, between those parties and were added as Ad- denda to the Fee for Service Master Agreement. 4.101(1) Dans le présent article, « la convention » dési- gne l’Entente cadre sur la rémunération à l’acte conclue le juillet entre la Société médicale du Nouveau- Brunswick et Sa Majesté la Reine du chef de la province du Nouveau-Brunswick représentée par le ministre de la Santé et s’entend également des ententes qui ont été con- clues les mars et juin entre ces parties et ajoutées comme Addenda à l’Entente cadre sur la rému- nération à l’acte. 4.101(2) Despite

section shall be deemed to have come into force on April 1, 2008. 4.101(9) Le présent
