OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated December 12, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 25, 26, and 27 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , is pleased to, effective on and after January 30, 2020: (

a) appoint Ronnie Heighton of River John, Pictou County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a two-year term, commencing January 30, 2020; and (

b) determine that Ronnie Heighton be remunerated for his service as a member in the amount of $100 per day and that he be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
