Order in Council 1099/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1734/2017 dated August 31, 2017 that appointed Susan Martin of Chatham as a part-time member of the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
