Section 12 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2015, the Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists Act , is pleased to approve new regulations respecting registration, licensing, and professional accountability of audiologists and speech-language pathologists made by the Executive of the Speech and Hearing Association of Nova Scotia acting as the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 5, 2019.
