OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 3, 1999, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 1.00 acre, more or less, situate at or near Middle Country Harbour, Guysborough County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to Sidney M. Hall, Jr., of Wells, York County, State of Maine, United States of America, for the price of $350.00, subject to a right-of-way in favour of Lloyd and Jewell White, their heirs and assigns, for the purpose of egress and ingress to their property; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
