Order in Council 1627/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1071/2014, dated the 8 th day of September 2014, Lynda Diane Allen was appointed as a member of the Township of Southgate Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from September 8, 2014, and her appointment will soon expire;

AND

WHEREAS Lynda Diane Allen has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Township of Southgate Police Services Board;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Lynda Diane Allen is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Southgate Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from September 8, 2016.
