Order in Council 1243/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 529/2020 the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed John General of London as a member of the Council of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors for a period not exceeding three years commencing on Mar 18, 2020;

And

whereas John General wishes to resign his appointment as a member;

Pursuant to Clause 3 (2) (

e) of the Surveyors Act , Order in Council 529/2020 is hereby revoked effective May 11, 2022.
