Order in Council 455/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Christopher Owen Diana , Barrister and Solicitor of Severn, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective May 14, 2025.
