Order in Council 1384/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Her Worship Lauren Mary Scully, a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the Northeast Region for a term of three years, effective July 3, 2017.

And further , that the appointment of His Worship Theodore Ashton Hodgins as regional senior justice of the peace for the Northeast Region, made by Order in Council numbered 872/2014 be revoked, effective July 2, 2017.
