Order in Council 245/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Edward Dries of Chatham

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective April 26, 2019 to April 25, 2021.

And pursuant to subsection 172 (5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Edward Dries of Chatham

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years effective April 26, 2019 to April 25, 2021.
