CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Corporation Capital Tax Act (Assented to October 30, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Corporation Capital Tax Amendment Act, 1987. S.S. I979-80, c.C-38. 2 The Corporation Capital Tax Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 13(2) (

b) is repealed and the following substituted: “(

b) commencing on or after January 1, 1986 and ending before January 1, 1987, 1.2% ; “(

c) commencing on or after January 1, 1987, 3.0%”.

Section amended Clause 14(2) (

b) is repealed and the following substituted: “(

b) commencing on or after January 1, 1986 and ending before January 1, 1987, 1.2%; “(

c) commencing on or after January 1, 1987, 3.0%”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from January 1,1987. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
