For the purposes of

section 6 (1a) and 7 (2a) of the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District Act , Ashcroft Ranch means

the parcels of land described in

Schedule 1,

the water licences, appurtenant to those parcels, that are

subsisting, and

listed in

Schedule 2,

including any licence issued in amendment of, or in full or partial substitution for, those licences, and

Grazing Licence RAN073068 dated for reference April 1, 1996.
