CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Electoral Boundaries Commission Act (Assented to August 25, 1989) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Electoral Boundaries Commission Amendment Act, 1989. S.S. 1986-87-88, c.E-6.1,

section amended Clause 15(1)(

b) of The Electoral Boundaries Commission Act is repealed and the following substituted: "(

b) the City of North Battleford, the Town of Battleford and that part of

Section 28, in Township 43, in Range 16, West of the Third Meridian, lying northerly and easterly of the left bank of the North Saskatchewan River, and southerly and westerly of the south and west corporate limits of the City of North Battleford as one urban constituency". Coming into force3 This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
