An Act to Amend the Environmental Trust Fund Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Environmental Trust Fund Act,

chapter E-9.3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1990, is amended by adding after

section the following: 3.1 A minimum of one-third of the payments made out of the Environmental Trust Fund in each fiscal year for the purposes of

section shall be allocated, on an equal basis, to each of the schools in the public education system in the Province to be used for environmental education projects. 2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le Fonds en fiducie pour l’Environne- ment,

chapitre E-9.3 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1990, est modifiée par l’adjonction après l’article de ce qui suit : 3.1 Dans chaque année financière, au moins un tiers des paiements imputés au Fonds en fiducie pour l’Environne- ment en application de l’article est réparti à parts égales entre les écoles du système d’enseignement publique de la province pour des projets de sensibilisation à l’environne- ment. 2 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
