OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated October 21, 1999, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain surplus departmental lands containing a total of 4.9875 acres, more or less, situate at or near Truro, Colchester County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to Phil Leil Enterprises Limited of Truro, Colchester County, for the price of $5,300.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
