Order in Council 1148/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1433/2023 made September 28, 2023, Gergely Orencsak was reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation ( OEFC ) and designated Chair of the Board of Directors of OEFC ;

And

whereas Gergely Orencsak has resigned effective August 12, 2024;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1433/2023 is revoked effective August 12, 2024.
