Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 6, 2006, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey a parcel of surplus public land containing 35,429 square feet, more or less, situate at Mount William, in the County of Pictou, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Shaw Auto Rentals Limited of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, for the price of $32,253.86; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
