Order in Council 2011/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(2) and 5(4) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Constance L. Sugiyama , of Toronto, Ontario

is reappointed as a member and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of November 19, 2017.
