An Act to amend The Married Women’s Property Act (No.2).

Short title This Act may be cited as The Married Women’s Property Amendment Act (No. 2). R.S.S. 1978, c.43 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.M-6 The Married Women’s Property Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.43 (Supp.), s.2. New title. 3 The

long title of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted. “An Act respecting the Property of Married Persons”. 1978, c.36, s.2; R.S.S. 1978, c.43 (Supp.), s.3.

Section amended
