Order in Council 1507/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Aleksandar Brkic of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Aleksandar Brkic was reappointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective March 4, 2017 by Order in Council O.C. 42/2017;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, Order in Council O.C. 42/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
