I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

a) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule A, and

(

b) B.C. Reg. 356/2006 is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule B.
