On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Scott Tousaw of Stratford be reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the later of May 31, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending December 31, 2019.
