OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 30, 1998, and pursuant to

Section 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the

Interpretation Act, Crown Lands Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 95-158 dated February 28, 1995, respecting an exchange of land between Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia and Canso Realties Limited, by repealing paragraph (

a) thereof and substituting therefor the following: (

a) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in paragraph (

b) to authorize the conveyance by deed or grant of a lot of Crown land containing 42 acres, more or less, situate at Louisdale (Whiteside), Richmond County, to Canso Realties Limited, the said Crown land being more fully shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
