a) Bernice Garrett be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Minister Responsible for Rural Development, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Bernice Garrett; (
