OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 13, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Avis M. Wentzell of Liverpool, Region of Queens Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire April 30, 2004, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-189 dated April 21, 1999; and (

b) appoint Avis M. Johnson of Liverpool, Region of Queens Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire April 30, 2004.
