Order in Council 406/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Sam Moini of Markham be reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 22, 2025.
